Pasta, Pugliese Style
Viktorija Todorovska spent some time in Puglia where she learnt how to make orecchiette and cavatelli among the others recipes. She has now published a new cookbook: The Puglian Cookbook: Bringing the Flavors of Puglia Home. A superb 157-page collection of the essentials of Pugliese cooking.

Book - La Puglia in un piatto
The design agency Usopposto have designed La Puglia in un piatto (Apulia on a plate) a cookbook that celebrates the food from one of those regions, Apulia. The cookbook containing 60 recipes that are accompanied by a series of graphic interpretations graphics applied to ceramic plates.
